We will frequently update this page with information about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it impacts the UTFCU family.

3/19/2020: Branch Access Changing 

We want to do our part to take care of our owners, team, and communities.

As a result, we are temporarily shifting how we serve you. The changes below will be effective Monday, March 23rd.

 

  • Call Center
    Available during the extended hours of 7:30am to 8:30pm Monday-Friday.

 

  • Emory Road Branch
    Lobby closed
    Drive-thru open for extended hours of 7am to 7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday.

 

  • Franklin Square Branch
    Lobby closed
    Drive-thru open for extended hours of 7am to 7pm Monday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday.

 

  • Main Branch
    Lobby closed
    Drive-thru open 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-5:30pm Friday.

 

  • Martin Branch
    Lobby closed
    Drive-thru open 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday.

 

  • Memphis Branch
    Operating as normal

 

  • Student Union Branch @ UTK
    Branch temporarily closed

 

  • UT Medical Center Branch
    Operating as normal

Appointments for safe deposit box access, loan closings, and other services that require face-to-face interaction will be available.

Please know we may adjust these hours as needed throughout this ever-evolving situation. We will keep our website and social media pages updated with any changes.

Don’t forget that online, mobile, and telephone banking are available 24/7.

As the spread of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, continues to be a growing concern, we’re taking extra precautions to protect you, our team members, and the communities we serve. Our Board of Directors and Senior Management teams are monitoring the situation and are closely following health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to ensure we’re acting on the latest guidance and information.

  • What We Are Doing In-Branch:
    -Increased focus on frequently disinfecting surfaces including ATMs, teller line or pod areas, desks, touchpads, door handles and other high-touch areas.

    -Increased the number of hand sanitizing options.Posted signage about proper hand washing techniques.

    -Asked team members who are sick to stay home.

    -Refraining from shaking hands and using communal supplies. Exercising social distancing when at all possible.

    -Telephone Banking: You can access our voice banking system by calling (865) 971-1971 and pressing 8.

Your funds are safe. This shift in service options is solely us doing our part to protect the community. We are well-capitalized and financially strong.
The National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), backed by the United States government, insures the deposits of credit union members nationwide.
