Business Eligibility

Your business is eligible for membership at UT Federal Credit Union if it is located in the five counties we serve, or if more than half its owners or employees are eligible for membership, or if you regularly conduct business in the five counties of our community charter. SBA 7(a) Loan

The SBA’s primary business loan program helps qualified small businesses obtain financing when they might not be eligible for other business loans. The loan program can be used for a variety of general business purposes, including expansion and commercial real estate.

SBA Express Loan

The SBA Express loan provides a limited guaranty for term loans and revolving lines of credit up to a maximum of $350,000. The processing time is usually expedited over a regular 7(a) loan.

SBA 504 Loan

The 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed-rate financing for small businesses to acquire real estate, machinery or heavy equipment for expansion or modernization. These loans require as little as 10 percent down payment from the borrower.

SBA loans for Veterans

This loan is for veterans and members of the military wanting to expand a small business. Get more information on these small business loans at the SBA website.

  • Guaranteed in part by the U.S. government, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans can provide assistance not available with other types of loans and may be an excellent borrowing option for your business.
