August Event Recap: Engaging with Communities Across Tennessee

August was full of opportunities for UT Federal Credit Union to connect with students, professionals, and community members across the state. From supporting agriculture and healthcare to welcoming students and giving back locally, here's a look at where we were this month:

Supporting Agriculture in the Mid-South

UTFCU was proud to sponsor the 27th Annual Mid-South Agricultural Finance Conference at UT Martin, bringing together farmers, lenders, and ag professionals to strengthen agricultural operations across our region.

Our Martin team also attended the Small Farm Sustainability & Local Food Conference and hosted a booth at the City of Martin Business Fair, furthering our commitment to supporting local agriculture and small businesses.

Welcoming Students Back to Campus

As students returned for the fall semester, UTFCU was there to welcome them!

In Knoxville, our team joined Tennessee Saturday Night, set up a booth at the UTK Part-Time Job Fair, and connected with more than 1,000 students at the Student Engagement Fair on Ped Walk—sharing fans, waters, and financial wellness resources.

In Memphis, our teams set up tables to greet students entering the Dental Science program and the BSN Nursing program at UT Health Science Center.
