UT Federal Credit Union’s Acts of Kindness Campaign Spreads Joy Across Tennessee
To celebrate World Kindness Day on November 13, UT Federal Credit Union (UTFCU) launched its 2025 Acts of Kindness Campaign, a month-long initiative focused on giving back, uplifting others, and spreading kindness across Tennessee. Organized by UTFCU’s employee-led Kindness Committee, the campaign brought together interdepartmental teams from branches and corporate offices to create meaningful impact — proving that small gestures can make a big difference in the communities we serve.

About the Acts of Kindness Campaign
“Our employees maintain strong connections with our members and communities, and this initiative is a unique, hands-on way for them to dive even deeper,” said Hanna Gomez, Chief Marketing Officer and Kindness Committee Executive Sponsor. “We’ve seen teams stretch every dollar to create meaningful moments, and the creativity and compassion they’ve demonstrated are incredible.”
From Knoxville to Memphis, UTFCU teams found creative ways to bring joy, comfort, and hope to their neighbors — all while living out our mission of improving lives every day.
