Yes! Anyone riding the Fanboni or taking the on-ice photo must have a waiver signed. Waivers for UTFCU members will be signed at the UTFCU meeting registration table. If a guest of a UTFCU member would like to sign a waiver, please visit Fan Assistance in the lobby. Wristbands for both activities will be provided during registration or at Fan Assistance when waiver is signed.

No. The Knoxville Civic Coliseum has a no re-admission policy. If you are attending the Ice Bears game after the Annual Meeting, please note that you will not be able to leave and return to the building, including going back to your car once you have entered.

The Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum is a cashless venue, meaning all concessions, ticket booths, and other services run card-only. However, the Ice Bears organization does accept cash for things like Chuck-A-Puck, the Official Team Store, and jersey raffle tickets.

During 2nd intermission, fans can purchase foam pucks to throw on the ice for a chance to win prizes worth $25 each! Chuck-A-Pucks are sold by local non-profits, who receive a portion of the sales.

You may enter the Coliseum as early as 4:45 PM. The UTFCU reception begins promptly at 5:00 PM, and the meeting starts at 6:00 PM. If you’ve selected to attend the game afterward, your game tickets will be scanned as you are leaving the meeting, and you’ll head straight to your seats.

Your Knoxville Ice Bears game tickets will be provided at the UTFCU Welcome Table when you arrive for the Annual Meeting. If you have additional guests joining you for the game, you can meet your party downstairs after the meeting to distribute their tickets before entering the game.

For easiest access to our Entrance, please continue up Howard Baker Jr Ave and take a RIGHT onto Honor Our Troops Dr. Continue to the next STOP sign. Take a RIGHT onto Historic Preservation Dr. (it’s a one way so you must go right). You will see Parking Garage C on your right. Pull in and park. Come down the stairs and you will see our entrance. Knoxville Ice Bears logos are on the doors.
